As the Senior UX/UI Mobile Product Designer at Spectrum TV, I designed, prototyped, supported, and delivered all native iOS and Android efforts to enhance the customer experience. My role involved creating mockups to support mobile product requirements, along with information architecture and wireframes, while leveraging user centered design (UCD) methods throughout the product lifecycle. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to align on expectations, priorities, and necessary deliverables.

Prior to my most recent position, as the Senior UX/UI Lead Product Designer for Wells Fargo I spearheaded the design of mobile applications for both iOS and Android. I led a high-performing mobile product design team to successfully launch a culturally relevant disaster relief experience, enhancing user engagement. Collaborating closely with agile teams, I focused on delivering exceptional user experiences across all platforms. My work on the Bill Pay UX/UI for desktop and mobile significantly improved usability and engagement. Additionally, I designed and developed enterprise-level design systems in Figma, establishing deployment schedules for the implementation of complex designs. My contributions were recognized with the Wells Fargo Leadership Award.

My journey also includes my role as a Web Design Strategy Manager at CenturyLink, where I managed a team of designers and oversaw the design of various websites. Additionally, I held the position of UX/UI Senior Lead Designer at Quantum Fiber, where I led the design of a fiber optic network software product website and app.
